Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite those words, a composed Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his dramatics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Still, the novice remains one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, consistently making massive financial rewards.

The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.

As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is actually going ahead.
